Waleed Mukhai Ali founded and navigated AMB General Trading as a dynamic and growing enterprise based in Bangladesh, specializing in the supply of high-quality building materials to large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects.
Born and raised in Kuwait, Waleed comes from a distinguished Bangladeshi business family with a strong entrepreneurial legacy. He completed his schooling in Kuwait before pursuing higher education in the United States, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics.
His international education and exposure have equipped him with a global perspective, analytical expertise, and a strong foundation in modern business practices.
As a Director of Ambassador Group of Companies — a Kuwait-based conglomerate with over four decades of successful operations — Waleed carries forward a legacy that spans Pan Asian retail chains, supermarkets, beauty and lifestyle stores, mobile phone outlets, restaurants, and travel agencies.
Carrying this legacy forward, Waleed established AMB General Trading in Bangladesh with a vision to contribute to the country's rapidly expanding construction and commercial sectors.
